CounterTerrorism Conference 2016

Terrorism has become the scourge of the world, India has been amongst the worst affected nations and Mumbai attack ranks amongst the worst terrorist attacks in recent times. The global community has however, not been able to come out with a coherent and comprehensive counter-terrorism policy. Leave aside cooperation; there is still no unanimity on the definition of terrorism. Many countries continue to prevaricate; some make distinctions amongst terrorists, while some others support it and have made it an integral part of their state policies.

This Conference will be a global platform for eminent scholars, strategic thinkers, field experts and policy makers engaged in Counter-Terrorism activity from various governments, agencies, think tanks and academic & research institutions from all over the world. The deliberations will focus on exploring the contours of 21st century terrorism and sharing the Counter-Terrorism expertise. The Conference will also provide an opportunity for all the stake holders to connect and network with experts from different countries and organizations of the world.
